Crop Flipkart shipping labels to 4x6
A Flipkart order PDF puts the shipping label and the tax invoice on the same sheet. The label is the top half; everything from the Tax Invoice heading downwards is the bill. Send that page straight to a thermal printer and you get a label shrunk to sit around an invoice nobody in the courier bag will ever read.
This works out where the label ends on each sheet, keeps only that half, and prints it at the size your roll actually is. The split is anchored on the Tax Invoice heading rather than on where label wording runs out, because Flipkart prints Sold By and GSTIN inside the label block itself - reasoning from the words alone puts the cut near the top of the page and takes the address and the barcode with it.

How it works
- Save the label PDF. In Seller Hub, print your labels as you normally would and save the file instead of sending it to the printer. Handover-ready and single-order exports both work.
- Drop the file in. Open the tool and drop it on the page. Add several exports at once - a batch pulled in the morning and another after the afternoon cut-off merge into one print run.
- Pick the size and the sorting. 4x6 for a thermal roll, 3x5 for the smaller ones, A4 if you print on sheets and cut by hand. Grouping identical SKUs is on by default; courier-wise sorting keeps the Ekart, Delhivery and XpressBees parcels in their own blocks for handover.
- Export. You get one PDF with the invoice halves cropped away, every label at the size you asked for, and a picklist page at the end listing each SKU and how many to pull.

- Barcodes copied across as vector artwork rather than redrawn as a picture, so the same lines come out that went in
What it saves you
A marketplace order PDF prints two pages for every order: the shipping slip and the tax invoice behind it. Sent to a thermal printer as it comes, that is two labels off the roll per parcel. Cropped, it is one.

Your files stay on your computer
This runs inside your browser tab. The file is read and written on your own device and is never uploaded — not the order PDF, not the customer names and addresses printed on it. There is no upload endpoint to send it to.
Questions
- Flipkart puts the label and the invoice on one page. Does that work?
- That is the case this was built for - the combined sheet is the normal Flipkart export. The page is split at the Tax Invoice heading and only the top half is kept, so what reaches the printer is a label, not a label squeezed in around a bill.
- Do I need the invoice half for anything?
- An Ekart handover does not ask for it, which is why invoice pages come off by default. If your pickup does want them, turn on Keep invoice pages and the bottom half of each sheet is printed as its own page straight after the label it belongs to.
- My labels came out as images with no text. What happens then?
- Some exports flatten the label to a picture. It still crops and prints, because the crop works on where the ink is rather than on words, but with no text there is no SKU to read - so SKU grouping and the picklist will be empty for those orders.
- Does it handle FBF carton labels?
- No. This is for the parcel labels in an order export. Flipkart fulfilment carton labels are a different sheet at a different size, and they are on the list rather than in the product - we would rather say so here than have you find out halfway through a batch.
- Can I print the SKU on the label itself?
- Yes. Print SKU and quantity drops them into a blank gap inside the label, in the same place on every one, so a packer reads it off the parcel instead of hunting the picklist. The listing name and the date and time can go there too.
