These terms cover your use of EcomTools at ecomtools.co.in, operated by Billing Pie ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

EcomTools is a set of browser-based tools for Indian marketplace sellers: cropping shipping labels, sorting and splitting order PDFs, editing images in bulk, and GST calculations. It is software you operate, not a service we perform on your behalf.

The tools run inside your own browser. Your order PDFs and images are read and written on your device and are never uploaded to us. We therefore cannot recover, re-send or inspect anything you process.

Accounts

An account is required to use the tools. Your mobile number is your account, verified by a code sent on WhatsApp. One account per mobile number.

You are responsible for the number on your account and for anyone who can read its WhatsApp messages. Tell us immediately if you lose control of it. Do not share an account: a subscription covers one seller.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service - sending verification codes to numbers that are not yours, attempting to bypass payment, or automating the site in a way that degrades it for others.

Trial and payment

New accounts may start a free trial, which begins when you choose it rather than when you sign up. Its length is shown on the pricing page and may differ where we have agreed something specific with you in writing. One trial per mobile number.

If you buy a plan while trial days remain unused, those days are added to the plan. This applies to plans that run for a period; a one-time plan does not expire, so there is nothing to add to.

When the trial ends the tools stop until a plan is purchased. Plans and prices are shown on the site and are inclusive of GST where stated. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

A yearly plan runs for the period shown from the date of payment and does not renew automatically - nothing is charged again unless you buy again. A one-time plan does not expire.

We may change prices for new purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

Nothing is shipped

EcomTools is delivered entirely online. There is no physical product and nothing is dispatched. Access is enabled on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.

What we do not promise

The tools are provided as they are. We work hard to get label geometry, SKU matching and GST arithmetic right, but marketplaces change their PDF formats without notice and you remain responsible for checking the output before you ship or file anything.

In particular, nothing on this site is tax or legal advice. GST calculations, HSN lookups and generated invoices are conveniences to be reviewed by you or your accountant.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and we will, subject to the records we must keep for tax and accounting.

If we end your access for breaching these terms, no refund is due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
