How cancellations and refunds work for EcomTools, operated by Billing Pie.

Try it before you pay

Every account can start a free trial, with all features open and no card required. You choose when it begins, so it is not spent while you are still deciding. The trial exists so you can find out whether the tools handle your marketplace's files properly before any money changes hands. We would much rather you used it than asked for a refund later.

If you buy a plan before using the trial, the days you did not use are added to the plan you bought. Nothing is lost by paying early.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel to avoid a charge. Plans do not renew automatically: a yearly plan simply ends on its expiry date unless you choose to buy again, and a one-time plan is a single payment. You will never be charged without buying again yourself.

You can stop using the service whenever you like. To have your account removed, write to [email protected].

Refunds

If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, write to us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund it in full.

Tell us what went wrong and, where you can, attach a screenshot. We may ask questions to reproduce the problem - often it is a marketplace PDF format we have not seen, which we would rather fix than refund.

After 30 days, and where the service is working as described, a plan already purchased is not refundable. This is digital software with an open trial, so the trial is the place to decide.

We will always refund a payment that was taken twice, or taken in error.

How a refund reaches you

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 3 working days of approving it; how long it then takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, normally 5 to 10 working days.

Nothing is shipped

EcomTools is software delivered over the internet. There is no physical delivery, and access is enabled on your account within minutes of a confirmed payment.
